the project assesses the development potential of the site with reference to the guidance set out in the london plan.

a series of streets run through the site in an east west orientation, dual aspect apartments are created with sitting rooms facing south to catch the sun and bedrooms facing north. the scheme provides 546 habitable rooms per hectare.

a public park runs through the centre of the site. gardens which are private to the apartment blocks form courtyards off of this park.
